There is no cast of a doubt on the fact that people behavior is complicated . it is impacted by their environment and culture . culture includes rules of how people expected to behave in their society .Sometimes rules differ from culture to another ,and sometimes the rule are similar . In Saudi Arabia and the United State the golden rule is similar .there are many more similarities than differences in the way Saudis and Americans teach children the golden rule

In both countries children learn the golden rule inside their home .Children learn their culture and how to behave in the family .In both Saudi Arabia and the United State Parents teach their children how to respect their family member ,as a consequence to receive respect from other. Also ,they are taught to trust each other and their parents .they should always tell the truth to their parents.

After a while, when children become older, the children go to school . The parents teach their children how to behave toward other children and adults at school. Parents in both countries are concerned about their children in this stage because they expect their children make friends at school. They learn their children to respect other by not taking their things. Also to be a good students and listen to the teacher`s instructions. Finally, they tell their children to do not fight with others students and tell the teacher the truth.

children are also taught to respect neighbors ,but there are some different among neighbors between Saudi families and American. Saudi families offer help when new families come to live in the neighborhood by supporting them any things they want and all families in the neighborhood invite the new family to dinner with other neighbors. Most of neighbor make relationship with new family and being friend. However, American families try not getting everyone`s way. They try to make friends with the neighbors and offer support , but they will be careful in the beginning.

In the case of stranger , in both countries culture ,the families teach children how to take care of themselves toward strangers. They should be careful with strangers and do not trust them .The children taught what to do in case of trouble with stranger.

In both Saudi Arabia and America culture , parents want their children to have manner . parents teach the golden rule in order to guide their children behavior in home, at school, with neighbors, and toward strangers

　

        Students over the world expect to have a better and higher quality education. While in America, the 

high quality education becomes a conflict because it relate to the economics of the U.S. Especially in New York City where conform whole companies and factories of the U.S. The charter schools which be organized by those wealthy institutions are debatable, and the mayor Bill de Blasio ad head of education provider Success Academy Eva Moskowitz have the own perspective of the conflict.

          Charter schools have been dramatically expanded during recent years in New York City, most of the students either room public schools or from their homes are expect to get into the Charger schools as the car schools have such high quality education facilities. The New York City Charter School Center estimated 70700Cildren have found out 21000 open charter seats in the fail, a phenomenally increasing number than last year. However, 49700 students were waiting as the same time when the charger provides the open seat, which is a decline from a year ago. The New York City want to ban the co-location of the char school, “pretty unprecedented” said Nina Rees, president and CEO of the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, about the protection of the New York City.

          New York's new mayor is Bill DE Basilio does not like charter school. He said that he will drop the ax on three planed school. He cut and reduced the whole ration for charter school funding from city budget. Bill DE Basilio prevents three charter school from using space on public school building. He accused the previous mayor take Rushed decisions to allow charter schools from using public school building before leaving office. The mayor said that he revoked the space for three success school because of mixing elementary school children with high school student. Also his another argument the place from school service some special needs student. Mr. DE Basilio was facing criticism toward his decision. Therefore, he said he should explain his decision better and his position on this issue.

          In sum, these charter school had struggling time, but Ms. Moskowitz persisted for them. Charter schools in NY city could to continue working and they can to compete with NY schools. These verity of schools helps to improve the education in U.S.A

Birth Order

     Birth order may affects in the personality of people and their behavior in families and their position in the society.

     According to forer , the oldest child have limited period to view as a child  because his parents will  have another child . on the other hand , the only child has unlimited period to view as a child  "forer"  .I agree with forer idea and it match me in many thing .I think when the parents have new child they will change their manner with the old child  because they also  have to take care of the new child .So the oldest child will emphasis to being parental .however , the only child has unlimited time to feel as a child Because he is only child for his parent nobody will share him and no reason to change his feeling to be a child with his parents relationship. For example, my old brother when my parents have new Child actually he tried to act as a parental .but my uncle has only child, his child still view himself as a child

Because he does not have sibling.

  

Racism

                 Racism and ethnic discrimination in the United States has been a major issue. Racism is the issue that continue to persist in our country because after of century of slavery and oppression amongst the African American population. Racial discrimination refers to the separation of people through a process of social division into categories not necessarily related to races for purposes of differential treatment. The movie Higher Learning movie examines the personal, political, and racism dilemmas that facing a group of college freshman when they begin their first semester at Columbus University.

 

        In the movie "Higher Learning" there were racism between white people and black people. There were segregation between black people and white people society. Everyone has his friend from his own race and they meet each other in special place and they have special party.

 

      The effects of racism include fear, hatred, low self-esteem, cruelty, harassment, social conflict and psychological pain. The Library of Congress notes that racism can prevent access to social services and opportunities, such as education, health care and employment. Therefore, racism violates the civil rights of individuals.

 

        The relationship between white Americans and black Americans has been a difficult one; and the reasons for that can be found in both sides. A lot of white Americans believe that the white people are better than the black people, and a lot of black Americans believe that white people are evil.Racism destroys our morality, No matter what a person’s culture or religious belief, racism is based on hypocrisy.

 

          We must take a stand and make a commitment to ourselves, our children, and our society to oppose racism when we see it and to seek for ways to eliminate it. The human community cannot afford to lose one more member to the evils of racism.

Heroes

        In this article 'people who make changes 'written by Ted Tollefson , say that heroes have to reflect who we are as  in our society and community. However, people should not expect that heroes are perfect. We should look for our heroes more deeply and knowing their good and bad. In addition, tollefson says that people change their heroes as the time pass.

         In this article "people who make changes" Ted Tollefson writes "people change their heroes as the time pass". The author`s point is that we change our heroes by the time because of our self-development. By the time we become older, we change our heroes.

       In my experience, each place in our life has its hero and many factors effects for changing our heroes .we change our heroes in different age, because our thinking and our judgment on the heroes are changing .I think choosing people their heroes depend on their interest .When the people change their interest, they will change their heroes. Also, I think children have heroes different from the old people have. When I was child I have hero and in my teenager I have another hero and now I have different hero. In short, On my life I change my hero many times by the times I became older.

Nonverbal Communication

       

         Most of people communication are nonverbal communication, Nonverbal communications are very important to person .According to the article" Different types ofnonverbal communication include facial expressions, gestures and posture"  by John Evans, the author report that movement and signals are an important way to communicate meaning without word. It`s well known that good communication is important for successful relationship .It is important to recognize our nonverbal communication. Also, I think that nonverbal communication and body language are powerful tool that can help us to connect with other. The way you listen, move, look and react tells us the other person care or not. When your nonverbal communication and body language match up with word you are saying that increase trust and support your word.

        

       In addition, the human face express countless emotions without saying any word.  Facial expression contain a lot of meaning such as happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, and disgust. The way you move carry a wealth of information. When you put your hand in at your nick .it means you are afraid from something. Eyes contact are very important for nonverbal communication. The way you look to someone can mean many things, it shows your interest, affection, hostility, or attraction.

     

       We should improve our nonverbal communication skills to get success relationship with our family, friend, teacher, and even stranger.
